Strawberry Dubai Chocolate Bark
Enjoy this crunchy, creamy, and chocolatey treat!
Ingredients:
6–8 fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup shredded phyllo dough (knafe dough)
2 tbsp pistachio cream
½ cup dark chocolate, melted
2 tbsp crushed pistachios
Instructions:
1) Prepare the Strawberries: Slice fresh strawberries and lay them out on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for about 10 minutes.
2) Toast the Phyllo Dough: In a pan over medium heat, toast the shredded phyllo dough until golden brown.
3) Mix with Pistachio Cream: Remove from heat and stir in pistachio cream until well combined.
4) Assemble the Bark: Spread the pistachio mixture evenly over the frozen strawberries.
5) Add the Chocolate: Drizzle or spread melted dark chocolate over the top, covering the layers.
6) Garnish & Freeze: Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and freeze for at least 1 hour.
7) Once set, break into pieces and enjoy this crunchy, creamy, and chocolatey treat!
