Greek Yogurt Bagels
Higher in protein than your average bagel and super delicious! Serve with cream cheese or your favorite toppings!

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (I used Fage)
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 egg (for egg wash)
Everything but the Bagel seasoning & sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1) Mix the Dough: In a bowl, combine the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt. Mix until it forms a crumbly dough.
2)Knead & Shape: Lightly flour your surface and knead the dough until smooth. If sticky, add a little more flour. Cut into 4 equal pieces.
3) Form the Bagels: Roll each piece into a ball, then poke a hole in the center to create a bagel shape.
4) Egg Wash & Toppings: Brush each bagel with egg wash and sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning or sesame seeds.
5) Bake: Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
6) Let them cool slightly, then slice and serve with cream cheese or your favorite toppings! Enjoy!
