Spiced Turkey Meatballs

Packed with flavor and protein!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey
¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sweet pepper paste (or tomato paste)
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 large egg
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs


Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F.

1) Finely chop parsley, garlic, and onion.

2) In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, parsley, garlic, onion, spices (cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper), sweet pepper paste, Greek yogurt, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.

3) Roll the mixture into round meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4) Bake the meatballs for 35–45 minutes, turning halfway through. Broil for the last 3 minutes for a golden finish.
