Green Smoothie

No need to force yourself to choke down a gross smoothie to get your greens. This one is delicious and even has protein!

Ingredients:
½ cup Greek yogurt (for protein)
1 cup oat milk (for creaminess)
1 cup kale
1 tbsp chia seeds (for healthy fats)
½ cup frozen mango
1 banana

Instructions:
1) Add all ingredients to a blender.
2) Blend until smooth and creamy.
3) Pour into a glass and enjoy!
