Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
½ cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cocoa powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup Almond Breeze almond milk
1 shot of espresso or ⅓ cup strong brewed coffee
¼ cup vanilla yogurt
½ tsp maple syrup (for yogurt topping)
Splash of vanilla (for yogurt topping)
Dusting of cocoa powder
Directions:
1) In a bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla, maple syrup, almond milk, and espresso or coffee.
2) Stir well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
3) Once set, top with vanilla yogurt mixed with maple syrup and a splash of vanilla.
4) Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
