Bang Bang Broccoli

A side dish you’ll want to eat as a meal!

Ingredients:

For the Broccoli:
1 (12 oz) bag frozen broccoli (I used Birdseye)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp nutritional yeast (for a cheesy flavor)
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp salt

For the Sauce:
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp sriracha
1½ tbsp sweet chili sauce
Water, as needed (to thin out)

Directions:
1) Preheat air fryer to 400°F (or oven to 425°F).
2) In a large bowl, toss frozen broccoli with olive oil, cornstarch, panko, nutritional yeast, paprika, and salt.
3) Spread broccoli on a baking sheet (or air fryer basket) in a single layer.
4) Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, or bake for 20–25 minutes until crispy.
5) Meanwhile, mix tahini, sriracha, and sweet chili sauce in a bowl. Add water slowly until the sauce reaches a smooth dipping consistency.
6) Once the broccoli is crispy, plate it and drizzle with the sauce.
