Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Nuggets

Looking for an easy, healthy dinner that your kids will actually eat? These gluten-free, crispy chicken nuggets are a weeknight lifesaver!

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup Bob’s Red Mill almond flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt to taste


Directions:

1) Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and toss with olive oil.

2) In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, and salt.

3) Add chicken to the bowl with breading mixture and coat evenly. No egg needed—just one bowl, one step!

4) Spray the bottom of your air fryer & place coated chicken in an air fryer basket.  

5) Spray them with avocado oil and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
