From a Registered Dietitian who’s been there.
You’d think as a dietitian, I have it all together.
But I struggled with restriction and body image for years.
Growing up in competitive sports, I was preoccupied with looking “fit.” I counted calories obsessively. I even went vegetarian for an entire year (despite loving meat!) as a way to restrict my food.
As I learned more about how our bodies actually work, things changed. I started focusing on how to feel better and stronger — not get smaller. I started adding nutrition to my meals instead of subtracting. My love for food grew!
I’ve taken everything I’ve learned — as a registered dietitian AND as a human who has struggled with food and body image — and poured it into a 12-week nutrition coaching program for you.
